Keeping a Record
I was very good last week, landing very close to my target. Journaling definitely keeps me in line. I will update this post later to put in the food I consumed and the exercise, but must grab some zzz's. Has been a long day, as I traveled to Houston for work.
I am a petite woman - lost 25 pounds in 2006 and mainly kept it off. I love reading about health news. I also eat gluten, soy, and corn-free meals due to food allergies. And, I try very hard to not overindulge in my favorite foods - chocolate, wine, and cheese!
