Walking!
I found another article on one of my favorite exercise activities: walking! This is an interesting article on how to use walking for weight loss - with a few tips to spice up your walks.
I am a petite woman - lost 25 pounds in 2006 and mainly kept it off. I love reading about health news. I also eat gluten, soy, and corn-free meals due to food allergies. And, I try very hard to not overindulge in my favorite foods - chocolate, wine, and cheese!
